Position Overview: Convert home-service inquiries and follow-up calls into accurately booked appointments. We are building a pool for confident phone professionals who can keep the booking calendar moving and give dispatch teams clear customer information. Key Responsibilities: – Handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-up calls. – Use established scripts and service information to book appointments accurately. – Capture complete customer notes and job details for dispatchers. – Follow up with customers to improve booking opportunities and fill schedule openings. – Track booking activity and route specialist questions to the right team. Qualifications: – 2+ years of relevant professional appointment-setting, inbound-sales or phone-based customer experience. – Confidence making outbound calls and working toward booking goals. – Clear spoken and written English for US homeowner conversations. – Reliable follow-through and accuracy when using scripts, CRMs and scheduling systems. – Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor. Nice-to-Haves: – Home-services experience in plumbing, HVAC, restoration or similar services. – Hands-on ServiceTitan experience. – Prior high-volume booking or call-center work.
