Bartender (Mixologist)
About the role
As a Bartender at Matachica Resort, you will take center stage at Mambo Bar and Danny's Tree Bar, crafting signature cocktails and keeping workstations immaculate and well stocked. You will run the daily opening and closing inventories alongside the team, take food orders, and prepare beverages for tours and private dinners. Knowledge of the wine list, by the bottle and by the glass, is part of the job.
Responsibilities
- Craft signature cocktails at Mambo Bar and Danny's Tree Bar
- Keep workstations immaculate and well stocked
- Run the daily opening and closing inventories with the team
- Take food orders and prepare beverages for tours and private dinners
- Know the wine list, by the bottle and by the glass
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a hotel or restaurant
- Exceptional focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Deep knowledge of mixology and a passion for using local ingredients
- Proficiency in wine service
- Outstanding communication skills and adaptability
