Position Overview: Help agency clients understand campaign progress and keep delivery teams aligned with their goals. We are building a pool of account managers with hands-on digital-marketing knowledge and strong client communication. Key Responsibilities: – Understand client objectives and maintain regular, proactive communication. – Coordinate SEO, paid-media and email-marketing deliverables with internal teams. – Keep meetings, tasks and project records organized. – Track campaign performance and prepare clear client reports and recommendations. – Support account growth and help resolve delivery or expectation gaps. Qualifications: – 2+ years of relevant professional client-account or digital-marketing experience. – Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads and Facebook Ads. – Experience managing multiple accounts, deadlines and client conversations. – Clear spoken and written English, organization and strong follow-through. – Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor. Nice-to-Haves: – Experience in a digital-marketing or advertising agency. – Notion, Canva and Adobe tools. – Email-marketing and campaign-optimization experience.
