Creative Content Designer
About the role
Produce creative, on-brand multimedia content for the company's digital platforms, marketing campaigns and brand initiatives, working closely with the Marketing and Production teams. The position is based at Mile 67 George Price Highway, Red Creek, Cayo District.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce creative, visually engaging, on-brand multimedia content for the company's digital platforms, marketing campaigns, promotional activities and brand initiatives
- Create graphics, social media content, promotional materials, digital advertisements, presentations, flyers, reels, animations and other multimedia assets
- Work closely with the Marketing and Production teams to support the company's content calendar and digital marketing objectives
- Produce content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, applications and other digital platforms
- Assist with photo and video shoots, promotional events, corporate events and other company activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills
- Strong understanding of branding, visual consistency, typography, composition, colour theory and layout
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or equivalent platforms
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and digital file formats for social media, web and print
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to take part in field activities, photo and video shoots, promotional events and other company activities
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of basic photography, videography and video editing is an asset
