Customer Service Agent
About the role
Aero Dispatch Services Limited is looking for a Customer Service Agent to check in and board airline passengers.
Responsibilities
- Greet passengers and check their documentation
- Check passengers in using a computer-based system, issuing boarding cards and baggage labels
- Process passengers at the boarding gate
- Apply airline rules and regulations
- Adhere to strict security and safety regulations
- Effectively assist passengers with their experience travelling through the airport
- Perform additional duties where needed
Requirements
- Minimum high school level education
- At least 18 years of age
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy
- A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Outstanding organizational skills
