About the role

The Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Belize's development bank, is hiring a temporary Data Optimization Technician for its Creatio Project Unit in Belmopan. The technician keeps data accurate, complete and ready for a future data migration, helping the project meet its rollout milestones so that permanent staff can stay focused on their core work.

Responsibilities

Clean and transform data to prepare for future migration
Update data so it stays accurate and consistent
Contact existing clients to verify outdated data and update records as needed
Analyse structured data to find inconsistencies
Work with large Excel files to prepare for migration
Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

Associate degree in Business Administration or Information Systems
