About the role
Bowen & Bowen is hiring a Delivery Supervisor in Belize City to oversee route deliveries and lead delivery assistants. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Oversee route deliveries to ensure accurate, on-time service and customer satisfaction
- Be accountable for route inventory, including load validation and discrepancy reporting
- Ensure fleet safety and policy compliance through inspections and safe work practices
- Lead delivery assistants
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior delivery, distribution or route supervision experience, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage route timing, inventory control and customer service
- Valid B2 driver's licence
