Deputy Chief of Party – TVET Training and Transitioning to Work Activity
About the role
FHI 360 is recruiting a Deputy Chief of Party for a planned MCC-funded TVET activity in Belize, leading the technical side of TVET reform. This position is contingent on FHI 360 being awarded the project; hiring depends on the award.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical work on TVET governance, the national TVET policy, the National Training Agency and sector skills councils
- Lead work on work-based learning and curriculum reform
- Coordinate implementing partners and support monitoring and evaluation
- Supervise technical staff
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- 12+ years of experience in TVET quality assurance, accreditation or qualifications frameworks, including 3 years in leadership
- Knowledge of the Belizean education system and MCC and Government of Belize rules
- Fluent English
