About the role

Bowen & Bowen is hiring an Engagement Associate in Belize City. The Engagement Associate coordinates member engagement, recognition, wellness and culture initiatives, runs engagement surveys and reporting, and supports compliance processes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Coordinate member engagement, recognition, wellness and culture initiatives that enhance the member experience
Develop communications, workplans, designs and budgets to support successful program execution
Administer surveys, analyse engagement data, and prepare reports and insights
Support compliance processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Experience working in HR, engagement, marketing or a related field
Experience in survey administration, data analysis and reporting
Strong communication, organisation and project management skills

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree
