About the role
Las Terrazas Resort, a boutique luxury beachfront property on Ambergris Caye and a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts LVX Collection, is seeking an experienced General Manager (or management couple) to lead its island condo resort operation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a General Manager in an island or condo resort setting
- Proven leadership across front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and maintenance operations
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest service
- Excellent communication, organisational and team leadership skills
- Ability to relocate to Ambergris Caye, Belize
