About the role

Fort George Hotel & Spa is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Income Auditor to join its Accounts team in Belize City. The Income Auditor provides essential support to the Accounts team at this hotel and spa.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 2–3 years of experience as an Income Auditor or in a similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and internal teams

Preferred qualifications

Experience with accounting software
