Peak Outsourcing is hiring a Janitor for its Facilities Management department at #259 Coney Drive, Belize City. The role helps maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workplace.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitation: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation and proper waste disposal
Facility upkeep: windows, doors, floors and shared spaces
Equipment and safety: proper and safe handling of cleaning tools and chemicals
Event support: helping set up and break down furniture for meetings and company events

Requirements

Able to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented and able to work independently
Willing to work early mornings, evenings or as required

Preferred qualifications

Prior janitorial or custodial experience
