Position Overview: Keep driver routes and operational records accurate while responding to changes in real time. This pool is for dispatch coordinators who can communicate clearly with drivers, monitor progress and support reliable logistics operations. Key Responsibilities: – Load and assign driver routes and maintain dispatch schedules. – Monitor route progress and identify missed stops or incomplete work. – Communicate changes and operational issues to drivers and managers. – Audit route completion and maintain accurate activity and cost records. – Prepare shift reports and suggest practical routing or process improvements. Qualifications: – 2+ years of relevant professional dispatch, logistics or operations experience. – Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through on operational processes. – Clear English communication and confidence coordinating remotely with drivers. – Ability to interpret operational data and make timely decisions. – Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor. Nice-to-Haves: – Experience with Samsara or another GPS/fleet-tracking system. – Route optimization and operational-reporting experience. – Basic cost-tracking or accounting skills.
