About the role

This role supports the upkeep of the property, grounds and shared outdoor areas. Responsibilities - Perform groundskeeping and landscaping. - Complete exterior repairs and basic maintenance. - Maintain the beach, lawn and pool areas. Requirements - Basic repair and maintenance skills. - Reliable and able to work independently. - Must live in Placencia or Santa Cruz; housing is not provided. Preferred qualifications - Electrical or plumbing experience.
