Position Overview: Build dependable workflows that connect systems and reduce manual work. This pool is for automation specialists with practical n8n experience who can troubleshoot integrations and document how systems fit together. Key Responsibilities: – Design, implement and maintain n8n automations. – Build and troubleshoot API and webhook integrations between business systems. – Monitor existing workflows and resolve failures or data-flow issues. – Identify repetitive manual processes and propose practical automation improvements. – Document workflows, dependencies and system behavior for teammates. Qualifications: – 2+ years of relevant professional automation, systems or integration experience. – Hands-on n8n experience and familiarity with similar tools such as Make or Zapier. – A solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and JSON. – Experience with Supabase or another Postgres-based backend. – Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate technical work clearly in English. – Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor. Nice-to-Haves: – GoHighLevel or similar CRM-platform experience. – Basic JavaScript or Python scripting. – Experience documenting systems for nontechnical teammates.
