About the role
The Oaks is seeking an articulate, driven and personable On-Site Sales Representative for its boutique waterfront residential community in Maya Beach. The representative will welcome prospective buyers, conduct tours and manage inquiries throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective buyers
- Host tours of model residences
- Manage buyer inquiries through the CRM
- Explain the community’s layouts, features and product details
Requirements
- Background in sales, hospitality or customer service
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems and modern digital tools
- Ability to commute to Maya Beach or the Placencia Peninsula
Preferred qualifications
- Real estate experience is valued but not required
