About the role

Bowen & Bowen is hiring an Onboarding Specialist in Belize City. The Onboarding Specialist coordinates the end-to-end onboarding process for new members, runs orientation sessions and supports new hires throughout their onboarding period.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and carry out the end-to-end onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles
Conduct orientation sessions that introduce new members to the company's organisational framework
Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing support throughout the onboarding period
Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the onboarding process

Requirements

Associate degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role
Experience with applicant tracking systems and résumé databases
Good working knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor's degree
