About the role

SCG Inc (Silvergate Capital) is hiring an Operations Lead Specialist with healthcare experience and a technical background to support one of its software products in Belize City. The role focuses on assisting with daily operations, user support, system configuration and process improvements to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working with healthcare workflows, with strong technical skills and the ability to bridge the gap between client needs and software functionality. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with Saturdays where applicable. This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities

Provide client support and guidance on software setup, configuration and daily use
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with the development team when needed
Assist with onboarding and training new clients
Document processes, create user guides and maintain support materials
Work with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
Monitor system performance, report issues and follow up to ensure resolution
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through clear and professional communication
Support ongoing product development with user feedback and testing

Requirements

Prior experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical clinics, EMR/EHR, telehealth or healthcare administration)
Strong technical understanding and ability to learn software systems quickly
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented and dependable
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on priorities
Comfortable working with clients and internal teams
Reliable internet and a strong work ethic
