Sales QA & Audit Associate (HR99015) Remote: LATAM Compensation: USD 1,800-2,500 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST Independent contractor position. Sagan represents a leading US residential and commercial services provider specializing in plumbing and sewer solutions. This role supports sales quality, process compliance and accurate operating data. Responsibilities - Audit sewer sales calls and document a debrief with each sales representative. - Verify adherence to the sales process, verbal sales authentication, ServiceTitan tagging and lead-source accuracy. - Check that job documentation, videos and required uploads are complete and attached correctly. - Prepare initial commission calculations and flag pricing, discount and margin exceptions for management. - Support consumer financing applications and track outcomes. - Maintain Excel workbooks and produce daily and weekly sales KPI reporting. Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume call reviews. - Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and workbook maintenance. - Clear written and verbal communication and confidence giving process feedback. - Discretion with compensation and payroll-related information.
