Senior Commercial Leasing Specialist / Commercial Leasing Manager Location: Remote (Latin America preferred) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. U.S. Pacific Time Compensation: USD 2,500-3,500 per month, depending on experience Engagement: Independent contractor About Sagan Sagan connects international talent with U.S.-based businesses. We are recruiting for a commercial real estate organization managing a diverse property portfolio. About the role Own the commercial leasing function from letters of intent through execution. Advise portfolio managers and ownership on lease strategy, negotiations, compliance, and risk. Responsibilities - Manage the full leasing process, including reviewing, redlining, and negotiating letters of intent. - Oversee leases, amendments, assignments, tenant notices, and renewals. - Advise portfolio managers on lease interpretation and obligations. - Maintain lease data, abstracts, critical dates, and documentation in systems such as Yardi. - Coordinate lease-related billing and financial accuracy. - Report lease activity and portfolio performance to leadership and ownership. - Support and mentor team members and maintain quality standards. Qualifications - Five or more years in commercial lease administration or commercial property management. - Strong experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating leases and letters of intent. - Knowledge of NNN, gross, and modified gross lease structures. - Ability to manage the entire lease lifecycle independently. - Experience working with ownership, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Lease management system experience; Yardi preferred. - Excellent English communication, organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment in negotiations. Nice to have CAM reconciliation and operating-expense audit experience, DocuSign or similar tools, team mentoring, and portfolio-level reporting or leasing strategy.
