We are recruiting for the role below. About the role Coordinate signage projects from kickoff through production and delivery. You will keep sales, design, production, vendors, and clients aligned on scope, deadlines, and technical details. Responsibilities - Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation. - Translate client requirements into clear actions for design and production. - Coordinate vendors and internal teams through delivery. - Keep clients informed and resolve project questions proactively. - Maintain accurate progress reporting and organized project records. Qualifications - Three to five years of relevant project-management experience, with signage experience or a qualifying architecture/engineering background. - Strong client-facing English and the ability to explain technical details. - End-to-end coordination experience across multiple teams. - Strong organization and accountability in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have - Architecture or engineering background. - Corebridge, Monday.com, HubSpot, or comparable project tools. - Signage production and international-team experience.
