Position Overview: Build pipelines of HVAC, plumbing and electrical technicians for US home-services businesses. This pool is for recruiters who can find and engage skilled trades candidates, screen their experience, and keep a hiring pipeline moving. Key Responsibilities: - Source active and passive candidates for skilled trades roles. - Use outbound calls, messages and professional sourcing channels to engage candidates. - Conduct initial screens and prepare clear experience summaries. - Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate ATS records. - Track outreach activity and follow up consistently with candidates and hiring teams. Qualifications: - 2+ years of relevant professional recruiting or talent-sourcing experience. - Experience building candidate pipelines and conducting initial screens. - Clear spoken and written English for US candidate and hiring-team conversations. - Strong organization, follow-through and familiarity with an ATS. - Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor. Nice-to-Haves: - Direct recruiting experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing or electrical trades. - Knowledge of US skilled trades hiring and experience engaging passive candidates. - Paycom or another ATS; effective phone and SMS outreach.
