About the role

Talent Hub is hiring a Social Media Support Specialist to help manage content for a small social media agency. You'll schedule posts, create short-form videos and graphics from direction provided, and keep up with platform trends. The role is 100% remote for Belize-based applicants and part-time: 10–15 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with set days and hours agreed with the client (US Eastern time zone). Preferred start date: October 17, 2026.

Responsibilities

Schedule and publish social media posts
Edit short-form videos (Reels and TikTok) in CapCut
Design social graphics in Canva
Follow content direction and keep the content calendar organized
Stay current on platform trends

Requirements

Fluent English
Entry level (0–2 years' experience)
Skills in content scheduling, social media posting, short-form video editing, social media graphics and content calendar planning
Canva and CapCut
Reliable WiFi and internet access
Consistent availability on agreed days and hours, and clear, reliable communication
Able to meet posting deadlines without reminders

Restaurant or hospitality experience
