About the role

Ceiba Realty & Development is expanding its team and is hiring a Visual Media Producer for its office in Santa Elena, Cayo District. The Visual Media Producer plans, shoots, edits and manages multimedia such as videos, reels, tours, graphics and photography, and collaborates with the team to produce engaging content optimized for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Creation of multimedia on a weekly basis
Manage production schedules, timelines and checklists
Tailor visual campaigns for specific target audiences
Format visual assets to perform optimally across various channels, including websites and social media platforms
Partner with marketers, designers and partners to execute projects from ideation to final delivery
