About the Role Keep accounts payable accurate by processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements and resolving payment exceptions. Key Responsibilities • Process and match supplier invoices. • Resolve short-pays, credits and duplicate invoices. • Reconcile vendor statements. • Analyze AP records using ERP tools and Excel. Qualifications • At least one year in accounts payable or hands-on invoice processing, matching and vendor payments. • Experience using an ERP or accounting system for accounts payable. Nice to Have • Vendor statement reconciliation. • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables). • Resolving AP invoice exceptions (short-pays, credits or duplicate invoices).
