About the role

Full-time Carpenter Helper positions in the Stann Creek District. Carpenter Helpers assist the carpentry team in constructing, repairing and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures for the company's properties.

Responsibilities

Read and follow drawings, measurements and instructions
Assist with cutting, shaping and assembling wood materials
Install and repair doors, windows, framing and fixtures
Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and safety

Requirements

Previous carpentry or woodworking experience
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Able to read plans and take accurate measurements
Skilled in using carpentry hand and power tools

Preferred qualifications

Valid driver's licence (an asset, but not required)
