About the role
Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its inbound and outbound call centre at 190 Newtown Barracks, Belize City. Representatives handle customer account inquiries, process payments and manage insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer account inquiries accurately and promptly
- Process payments and billing updates
- Handle insurance enrollments, cancellations and quotations
- Send documents and follow up on unresolved issues
- Build positive customer relationships
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and an empathetic approach
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
- Adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
