Customer Service Representative – Credit Cards
About the role
Fusion CX is hiring an inbound Customer Service Representative in Belize City to support credit card holders, handling a range of inquiries and account maintenance requests.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries about lost or stolen credit cards, funds on hold and other account issues
- Help customers activate credit cards, issue replacement cards and handle the related administrative tasks
- Process credit card payments and set up automatic payments as needed
- Resolve a range of credit card concerns in line with banking regulations, keeping customer satisfaction high
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled at navigating online banking systems, with general IT troubleshooting ability
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of banking regulations and security protocols
- Patience, empathy and professionalism with customers
Preferred qualifications
- Prior customer service experience in banking
- Prior experience in a financial or technical support role
