Customer Service Representative – Customer Support
About the role
Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Belize City for a high-volume customer support account. Representatives help customers by phone with orders, product questions, returns and general service needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by phone with orders, product inquiries, returns and general service needs
- Handle multiple interactions daily, using computer systems to process requests and troubleshoot concerns
- Stay professional, patient and efficient to reduce customer dissatisfaction and build loyalty
- Give customers clear, accurate information about products and services
- Take part in training; advancement is based on dependability and availability
Requirements
- High school graduate
- 18 years or older
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Able to troubleshoot concerns and manage multiple interactions
Preferred qualifications
- 6 months of contact center experience (applicants without experience are welcome to apply)
