About the role

Belize Virtual Center is hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives in Orange Walk Town to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a positive experience. People with little or no experience are encouraged to apply, and training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
Professional attitude
Strong attendance and reliability
Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications

Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, administrative or call centre experience (not required)
