Job Title: Financial and Operations Analyst Location: Remote — Latin America Compensation: USD 1,250–2,000 per month Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Eastern Independent contractor position About Sagan Sagan connects international professionals with remote opportunities at U.S. businesses. About the Role Support financial planning and operations through budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and clear reporting for leadership. Key Responsibilities • Build forecasts and budget-versus-actual reports. • Analyze trends, costs and pricing. • Develop Excel models and reporting. • Explain financial drivers and recommended actions to leadership. Qualifications • At least two years in FP&A, financial analysis or investment banking, including hands-on budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. • Hands-on experience with Power Query, Power Pivot or DAX formulas. Nice to Have • Advanced Excel financial modeling plus PowerPoint reporting for leadership. • Cost, pricing or margin analysis (vendor costs, RFPs, profitability). • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related business field.
