About the role

Bowen & Bowen is hiring a permanent Fleet Manager in Ladyville to lead its fleet operations, covering asset use, maintenance, lifecycle and replacement. The role manages others.

Responsibilities

Lead fleet operations, including asset utilization, maintenance, lifecycle and replacement
Use fleet management software and AVL/GIS data to monitor KPIs, uptime, fuel efficiency and total cost of ownership
Implement strategies to optimize fleet costs, maintenance, utilization and operational efficiency
Enforce the Fleet Policy and Driver Monitoring Program to ensure safe, compliant vehicle use across all business units

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management or a related field
Supervisory experience in fleet operations or heavy-duty maintenance, preferably in a multi-site setting
Strong analytical, problem-solving and cost-management skills, including budgeting and total cost of ownership
Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with experience using fleet management software
