Senior Operations Manager / District Manager
About the role
Manage performance across multiple programmes or locations. Lead operations managers, workforce planning, client service, budgets and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related discipline.
- At least five years of progressive operations-management experience, including two years in multi-site, district or regional management.
- Experience managing operations managers and owning financial performance.
- Fluent English, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and operations systems.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced qualification.
- Workforce-management tool experience.
