General Manager, Business Intelligence, Revenue Assurance, Analytics & Enterprise Risk Management

About the role

Digi is hiring a General Manager to lead its Business Intelligence, Revenue Assurance, Analytics and Enterprise Risk Management functions. Based in Belize City in the Finance Division and reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the role gives Executive Management actionable risk insight, independent analysis and reliable data. The General Manager works across Finance, Operations, Commercial, Technical and IT to connect operational data with financial strategy, safeguard revenue, improve data quality and strengthen internal controls. The role also provides data, validation and modelling support for strategic initiatives such as the LRIC costing model, working with external consultants, without owning the LRIC methodology or model structure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enterprise business intelligence strategy, delivering accurate, decision-ready dashboards and financial and operational performance metrics to the CFO and Executive Management.
  • Set data quality standards and provide independent, data-driven analysis that identifies trend drivers, challenges assumptions and improves commercial outcomes.
  • Manage the enterprise revenue assurance framework to detect, quantify and resolve billing gaps, revenue leakage and system vulnerabilities.
  • Work with Finance, IT and Network teams to automate controls, monitor fraud risk and escalate material financial exposures to the CFO.
  • Coordinate data preparation, validation and scenario analysis for external LRIC consultants as the internal analytics interface.
  • Deliver advanced modelling, business cases and profitability analysis for growth initiatives and investment opportunities.
  • Maintain the enterprise risk management framework and risk register, and report risk insights to the CFO, Executive Management and Board forums.
  • Use business intelligence and analytics to build Finance's fraud detection capability, with exception monitoring that escalates material risks.
  • Lead and develop functional teams with clear KPIs, performance standards and a culture of continuous improvement and financial discipline.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Operations, Commercial and IT on major initiatives, manage external specialists and provide independent challenge on business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • At least seven years' working experience, preferably in telecommunications or another complex, technology-driven organisation.
  • Minimum of five years' senior management experience.
  • Strong experience in two or more of: business intelligence, data analytics, revenue assurance, financial analysis, enterprise risk management or internal controls.

Preferred qualifications

  • Exposure to LRIC, telecommunications costing or regulatory economics.
  • Strong analytical, financial, communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proactive, innovative and results-driven, with effective cross-functional collaboration.
