About the role

CustomerHD BPO is hiring a Graphic Designer for an in-office role in Belize City. The role uses Adobe Illustrator to prepare, size and proof custom customer artwork for a client that creates and manufactures original party decorations and custom printed products, with a core focus on precisely sizing and cropping images. Start date: October 8, 2026. Channel: designs only, no calls. Office address: 160 Newtown Barracks Road, Belize City.

Responsibilities

Image sizing and cropping: precisely crop, size and position digital artwork and customer-submitted photos within established product templates and die-lines using Adobe Illustrator
File review and quality assurance: review artwork files for general suitability, resolution, composition and correct framing prior to production processing
Efficiency and high-volume output: maintain high productivity by managing and prioritizing a large volume of daily image cropping tasks under tight production deadlines
Independent execution: reliably perform repetitive, detail-oriented image cropping tasks independently with minimal supervision
Workspace and station upkeep: keep work areas organized and orderly, and adhere to quality control standards

Requirements

Strong familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, specifically image manipulation tools, masking, framing and cropping functions
Experience in Canva
Proven ability to work independently, maintain focus and stay organized while performing repetitive, high-volume tasks
Exceptional visual accuracy, spatial awareness and attention to framing details
Basic computer literacy and comfort using keyboard shortcuts to optimize daily workflow
Positive attitude with good written and verbal communication skills
Experience or familiarity with graphic design tools (specifically image editing and cropping functions)

Preferred qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Graphic design background, course study or degree
