Guest Services Manager
About the role
Alaïa Belize is looking for a Guest Services Manager to lead its Guest Services team and deliver personalised service to resort guests.
Responsibilities
- Run daily Guest Services, concierge, transportation, tours and activities
- Give personalised service to VIP and repeat guests and handle concerns and service recovery
- Lead, train and coach the Guest Services team
- Coordinate tours, transportation, golf cart rentals and dining
- Monitor guest feedback and service standards
- Enforce hotel policies and safety
- Coordinate with other departments
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills
- A passion for hospitality
- Able to motivate a team
- Good knowledge of the resort and local attractions
