Key Responsibilities • Support M&A transaction services and corporate carve-out work. • Research potential deals and organize information for sourcing and transaction work. • Use modern research tools and technology to support deal workflows. • Communicate findings and progress clearly in professional English. Qualifications • Hands-on experience in M&A, transaction services and corporate carve-outs. • Fluent professional English and polished written and spoken communication. • Confidence using modern deal research tools and learning new technology.
