About the role

Las Terrazas Belize Resort is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Night Auditor who is good with numbers. The Night Auditor oversees overnight front desk operations, verifies daily financial transactions and makes sure end-of-day reporting is accurate.

Responsibilities

Perform daily night audits and balance hotel accounts
Verify room charges, payments and other guest transactions
Reconcile daily revenue, cash and credit card transactions
Prepare daily financial and operational reports
Review guest accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Handle overnight guest check-ins, check-outs and requests
Ensure a smooth handover of information to the morning team

Requirements

Strong numerical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Honesty, reliability and a professional attitude
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in hotel accounting, front desk operations or night auditing
