About the Role Design, implement and improve property-management processes for multiple property-management businesses. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement property-management processes and customized workflows. • Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for optimization. • Document processes, perform quality assurance and support continuous improvement. Qualifications • Hands-on experience designing and implementing software workflows or business process automation, including CRM configuration. • Property-management operations experience, or experience building processes for property-management companies. • Process documentation, quality assurance and continuous-improvement skills; Salesforce experience is a plus. Work Schedule Full-time, 8 AM to 4 PM US Mountain Time. Compensation Compensation will be discussed during selection.
