About the Role Lead supplier and vendor operations, manage team performance and keep purchasing and service commitments on track. Key Responsibilities • Lead vendor and supplier operations. • Manage team KPIs and SLAs. • Coordinate procurement and supplier follow-up. • Resolve vendor delivery and invoice issues. Qualifications • At least two years as a supervisor, team lead or manager with direct reports. • Experience in procurement, vendor management or supplier coordination. Nice to Have • Managing a team against KPIs, SLAs and scorecards, including coaching and 1-on-1s. • Multi-site or regional operations with reporting to senior leadership. • Bachelor's degree.
