Job Title: Remote Sales Operations Specialist Location: Remote | Belize Salary Range: Up to USD 1,500 per month, depending on the employer, experience and performance. Position Overview Keep a US-based sales team's leads, estimates and follow-up moving. You will maintain CRM records, coordinate with customers and help convert quoted work into orders. Key Responsibilities • Track inbound leads, outbound leads, inquiries and open estimates. • Follow up on quoted work and coordinate next steps with customers. • Keep deal stages, activities and pipeline records accurate. • Prioritize daily follow-up and flag stale deals or missing information. • Report pipeline status, activity and conversion progress to the sales team. Qualifications • At least two years in sales support, sales operations or sales coordination. • Experience working with US-based businesses in a client-facing or outside-sales capacity. • Strong written and spoken English for customer calls and email. • Hands-on CRM experience and reliable follow-through. • Ability to work independently with a reliable computer and internet connection. Nice-to-Haves • CoreBridge experience, CRM workflow improvements or a background in signage, printing or visual communications.
