About the role
BEC Ltd is hiring a Rental Division Manager in Belize City to lead its National/Alamo car rental operations. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through sales leadership, market development and strategic contract acquisition
- Lead all aspects of rental operations, fleet performance and service excellence for the National/Alamo brands
- Champion exceptional customer experiences while protecting and enhancing the brand reputation
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational and financial success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of management experience in operations, sales and people management
- Knowledge of rental operations, fleet management and business performance metrics
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
