Requirements

Front desk or reservations experience
Experience in the tourism or hospitality industry
Proven customer service and sales ability
Experience managing multiple platforms
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent cash handling and financial accuracy
Proficient in Word and Excel
Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with excellent attention to detail
