Job Title: Residential Property Manager - Owner Relations Location: Remote - Belize Employment Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent contractor Compensation: USD 1,330–2,080 per month Company Overview Sagan connects experienced international professionals with US-based businesses. About the Role Manage the full lifecycle of US residential properties while serving as the primary point of contact for property owners. The role combines owner relationships, operational follow-through and hands-on property management. Key Responsibilities • Act as the dedicated point of contact for property owners and landlords. • Discuss repair costs, vacancy delays and rental performance clearly, including difficult updates. • Conduct monthly financial and performance reviews with owners and support owner retention. • Coordinate tenant screening, lease enforcement, maintenance triage, vendor negotiations and HOA compliance. • Manage delinquency and eviction workflows within the established process. Qualifications • 2+ years of long-term US residential property management experience with single-family and multi-family homes. • Direct experience owning property-owner relationships and delivering difficult operational or financial updates. • Hands-on daily experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Rentvine or Propertyware. • Strong spoken and written English for owner-facing communication. Nice-to-Haves Experience with workflow tools such as LeadSimple or Aptly. Work Schedule Full-time. The exact working schedule will be confirmed during selection.
