About the role

Digi (Belize Telemedia Limited) is hiring a Retail Sales Representative in its Commercial Division, based in Belize City. The role covers direct sales, processing customer requests, handling cash and inventory and giving first-tier support to customers. It reports to the Retail Supervisor / B2C Sales Leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive sales through direct selling, upselling and customer retention
Provide customer support with accurate processing and first-tier troubleshooting
Support DigiWallet services, including sign-ups, updates and compliant transactions
Manage cash and inventory with accurate balancing and stock control
Keep records and complete administrative tasks in line with company policies

Requirements

Associate degree in Business Management or a related field
2 years of experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and customer-engagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Results-driven, adaptable and able to work well in a team
Able to work with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications

Knowledge of billing or CRM systems
Bilingual in English and Spanish
