About the role

Rude Boy Belize is looking for a results-driven Sales and Trade Coordinator to oversee inventory accuracy, manage accounts receivable, coordinate product distribution, and support brand visibility through trade visits and events. The role works closely with the warehouse, merchandising, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage merchandisers, and present weekly activity reports and performance updates.
Conduct trade visits to assess brand presence, monitor competitor activity, and strengthen customer relationships.
Keep inventory records accurate across physical stock, internal tracking systems, and QuickBooks.
Manage open balances and follow up with customers and the sales team to keep accounts up to date.
Coordinate weekly with the warehouse manager to plan deliveries based on personnel and vehicle availability.
Review and present event or sponsorship requests to management, carry out approved initiatives, and report on deliverables, outcomes, and recommendations.
Work with the marketing team on weekly activities.

Requirements

Associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or logistics coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage a team.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work flexible hours.
