About the role

Bowen & Bowen is hiring a Senior Manager, Planning & Procurement in Belize City to lead supply planning, category strategy and the Planning & Procurement team. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual supply plan based on approved demand, production and capital plans
Set category strategies and lead major tenders and negotiations based on total cost
Manage supplier performance and risk, and improve inventory and payment terms
Lead and develop the Planning & Procurement team and enforce procurement operating procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 10 years in procurement, including 5 years in leadership
Strong negotiation and total cost analysis skills
Skilled in SAP, advanced Excel and Power BI

Preferred qualifications

FMCG or manufacturing experience
