About the role
Il Pellicano, an Italian restaurant on Caye Caulker, is hiring for server and bartender / server positions.
Responsibilities
- Set up the bar and keep it stocked at all times
- Keep a proper inventory of the bar
- Set up the restaurant and have it ready for service on time
- Take customer orders with little or no errors
- Provide a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
- High school education
- Previous restaurant experience in serving or bartending
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, reliable and team-oriented
