Key Responsibilities • Run signage projects from kickoff through delivery. • Manage project timelines and budgets. • Coordinate production and installation activity. • Keep clients informed and handle project changes. Qualifications • At least three years managing or coordinating projects with ownership of timelines, budgets and delivery. • Project experience in signage, construction, architecture, fabrication or installation. Nice to Have • Daily use of a project tool such as Monday, Trello, Asana, Corebridge or HubSpot. • Client-facing updates and change handling on active projects. • Clear, confident spoken English for calls with US clients.
