About the role

CMSB is expanding and restructuring its team and is looking for qualified, motivated people for the Site Supervisor position, supporting its 40+ homes under construction in San Pedro. The role suits someone ready to work on site, be part of a growing team and help maintain service and oversight.

Responsibilities

Conduct inspections
Monitor construction progress
Help identify and resolve issues

Requirements

Willing to be on site at construction projects
General knowledge of construction
18 years of age or older
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Island residents preferred
Own transportation, such as a bike or motorcycle, is a plus

Preferred qualifications

Practical knowledge of construction processes and materials, including plumbing and electrical systems
Comfortable reading architectural plans
Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork and leadership skills
